Real Estate paralegal, responsible for the day to day management of the real estate practice of the firm. Trish is responsible for handling title clearance issues. In addition to her duties as real estate paralegal, Trish supervises the title operations of Worldwide Abstract Services, Inc., including scheduling of closings, title production and title policy preparation. With over 18 years with Farer & Schwartz, P.C. (and its predecessor in name, Kenneth M. Schwartz, P.C.), Trish helps make the real estate closing a smooth, stress-free experience.
